Each luxury leather jacket undergoes a thorough quality inspection before dispatch. Standard order processing and dispatch take between 3 to 7 business days.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Express Courier Shipping: We ship via secure tracked express carriers (DHL / FedEx / UPS).
- Estimated delivery time: 5 to 10 business days depending on destination.

3. Tracking Your Order
Once your jacket is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international shipments outside our primary shipping hub, any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees levied by your destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Address & Signatures
Due to the high price point of our items (£450+), all shipments require a direct delivery signature. Please ensure the delivery address provided is complete and correct.
