1. No Returns and No Refunds
- All Sales Are Final: We do not accept returns, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order has been placed and confirmed.
- No Exchanges: Please ensure you review our size guide and product specifications carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
- In the rare event that your jacket arrives damaged or with a major manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our email with clear photographic and video evidence.
- If approved upon inspection, we will arrange a direct replacement for the damaged item.

3. Natural Leather Variations
- Genuine specialty leather (including crocodile hides) features unique textures, patterns, and natural markings. These unique characteristics are a hallmark of authentic luxury leather and are not considered defects or reason for return.
